HARBOUR POINTE CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL 2026- 2027 ENROLLMENT

Harbour Pointe Christian Preschool, a ministry of Pointe of Grace Lutheran Church, welcomes students of any race, color, religion, ability, national, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities of our school. We do not have the resources needed to accommodate students who require one on one assistance, skilled nursing etc. Your doctor or school district may be able to provide recommendations.

ALL REGISTRATION/SUPPLY & SECURITY FEES ARE DUE UPON ENROLLMENT

*Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for preschool and Jr K classes. STEAM registration may be refunded if these requirements are met: Your child is currently registered in another HPCP class, the STEAM class is not full and the refund is requested before the first day of class.

               Class registration, supply &security fees for 2026-2027:                    $375

               Full STEAM Ahead -Fridays                                                                $150

               Jr. Kindergarten registration, supply & security fees for : 2026-2027  $400

Your first month’s tuition payment is due by August 1, 2026. All subsequent tuition payments are due by the 5th of each month.

Due to the restrictions of staff and space and in consideration for those who qualify, we will enforce the deadlines imposed by the Mukilteo School District.  To enter the Tots program, your child must be 2.5 by August 31, 2026 (birthdate prior to 2-1-24).To enter the Threes Program, your child must be three by August 31, 2026 (birthdate prior to 9-1-23).  To enter the Fours Program, your child must be four by August 31, 2026 (birthdate prior to 9-01-22.

Permission for Field Trip Participation: During the school year, the children may have the opportunity to enrich their classroom experience with excursions outside the school facilities.

HARBOUR POINTE CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION CONTRACT

Registration/Security:
   *$375 fee per student
   *$400 fee per student for Jr. Kindergarten Class
   *$150 fee per student for Friday add-on classes (STEAM)

*All registration/Security fees are NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.  These fees must accompany the registration paperwork to secure a spot in the preschool. A registration fee is due EACH YEAR that your student is enrolled.

Enrollment Period:
Enrollment is for the entire school year, September through mid-June or as advised by DOH for WA State.

We require 1 month written notice for your child to be withdrawn from our program.

Tuition Policy:
The tuition fee is due by the 5th of each month and is divided into 10 EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS

*A LATE FEE OF $30 will be added to your account if tuition is paid after the 5th of the month.

*A FEE OF $30 will be added for ALL credit card and ACH declines

HEALTH/ILLNESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND DISCLOSURE 

HPCP will follow similar guidelines as Mukilteo School District with policies also being fluid - dependent upon guideline updates from the Snohomish County Health Department. This waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian, acknowledging that your child may be excluded for these medical conditions:

  • Unvaccinated/under-vaccinated: During outbreaks, when recommended by Snohomish County Health Department.

  • Common cold symptoms, COVID-19, Influenza (flu) or other respiratory illness: Your student should stay home when they feel sick and are having a lot of nose and throat drainage. They may return when feeling better and they have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medicine, such as Tylenol or ibuprofen. Testing for COVID-19 is recommended.
    Note: wearing a mask through day 10 of a known COVID-19 illness is advised.

  • Diarrhea: Stay home if there have been 2 or more loose stools in a 24-hour period. May return when diarrhea-free for at least 24 hours and feeling better. Testing for COVID-19 is recommended.

  • Eye Drainage: Stay home if there is thick mucous or pus from one or both eyes. Consult your student's health care provider (HCP) and use guidelines they provide.

  • Ear Pain/Infections: Stay home if advised by healthcare provider, if there is drainage from ear, or accompanied by fever or other concerns. Children with ear infections without fever do not need to be excluded from school, but the child should receive  medical treatment and follow-up.

  • Fever: Stay home if temperature is 100.4 F (38 C) or higher with or without other symptoms. Student may return when they are fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicine, such as Tylenol or ibuprofen. Testing for COVID-19 is recommended.

  • Headache: Keep student home IF the headache resulted from a head injury or if the headache interferes with school and other activities. Headaches can often be managed at home with more sleep, healthy routines, limiting screen time, and wearing contacts/glasses as prescribed. If headaches are recurrent, persistent, severe, or accompanied by other symptoms, contact your student's healthcare provider.

  • Lice: Consult with health care provider for chronic/persistent lice. Treatment is required before returning to school.

  • Rash: Any new body rash that is not from allergy. Consult Health Care Provider for diagnosis.

  • Scabies: May return after student has been seen by HCP and received overnight treatment for condition.

  • Significant Sore Throat: with or without fever. Student may return 24 hours after treatment is started or sore throat is resolved and child is feeling well. Testing for COVID-19 is recommended.

  • Stomach ache or abdominal pain: when accompanied by nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If pain is severe, chronic, or with other symptoms consult HCP. Please make a personal plan to manage menstrual cramps. If cramps change, are severe or regularly interfere with activities, please see HCP.

  • Persistent Cough: with or without fever. Return when cough has lessened and there has been no fever for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications. Consult Health Care Provider for cough lasting more than 10 days or with fever. Testing for COVID-19 is recommended.

  • Vomiting: May return when vomit-free for at least 24 hours. Testing for COVID-19 is recommended.

Pictures: I understand that pictures of preschool activities may be taken from time to time for the purpose of hallway/classroom/yearbook displays or for a slide show for children’s ministries.  Pictures will NOT be used for advertisements or in publications or on the internet without special written consent from a parent.

Facebook/Instagram: HPCP has my permission to post photos of my student on the HPCP Facebook/Instagram page. Names will not be listed with faces

Brightwheel: HPCP has my permission to post photos of my student on the HPCP on Brightwheel.  Brightwheel is only visible to HPCP parents in each individual  class and staff. Other classes cannot see the pictures.

Handbook: I have read and understand all of the policies in the 2026-2027 Harbour Pointe Christian Preschool Parent Handbook.

I have reviewed this contract and agree to abide by the provisions of the contract and materials incorporated therein.
